Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.

Community

Fox Run Systems & Solutions is actively engaged in supporting social causes in our local, national, and global communities. We are committed to moving the concept of individual responsibility for our fellow man forward. It is important to all of us that our good fortune is shared and used to provide assistance to those in need. We at Fox Run Systems & Solutions put our words into action every day. Below are just some of the ways in which we help our communities.

Our Local Community

The Junction
The community neighboring our own is called College Corner. It is a small town with small town resources but with individuals who are determined to make a difference. The local community churches banded together to provide funding for a public community center aptly named "The Junction" because it is located on the borders of Indiana and Ohio. When Dave Hampton expressed interest in providing a computer lab for youth and older adults to acquire some of the training and skills they lacked, we at Fox Run Systems & Solutions stepped up to help. We provided The Junction with ten computer systems as well as networking expertise, software, and training for MS Office and web page building at no cost to the community. For more information visit

Josh Cares
Josh Cares provides companionship and comfort to children hospitalized in critical care units at Cincinnati Children's Hospitals who are without the ongoing support of their families. Josh Cares Fellows serve as surrogates for, and as links to, the families who would be by their children’s sides if they could. Fox Run Systems & Solutions contributes to this worthwhile charity. St. Judes Childrens Hospital
Fox Run Systems & Solutions regularly donates to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in support of its mission to advance cures and means of prevention for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. We wholeheartedly stand by the vision of founder Danny Thomas that no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family’s ability to pay. We at Fox Run commend and support St. Jude for providing care for children in crisis regardless of their financial situation. For more information visit

Our National Community

Computers for Veterans.
We at Fox Run Systems & Solutions believe in supporting the men and women who have sacrificed their time, careers, and health to serve in the US military. Many soldiers return home injured and disabled and have difficulty returning to the civilian work force. Because our area of expertise is in technology, we are determined to find ways to help these injured veterans using that expertise. We believe that owning and understanding computers and software can help ease the transition back into civilian life while increasing the career opportunities for former soldiers. With that in mind, Fox Run purchased laptop computers equipped with had DVD players, loaded them with MS office and other tools, and provided them to numerous veterans.

Our first recipient was a Senior Level Sargent in Texas who had been injured by a road side bomb in Iraq. His lower jaw had been blown off by the blast. Surgeons had attempted to attach a plastic prosthesis which, unfortunately, failed to work properly. When we met him, he was in the hospital awaiting a bone graft that might help him to grow a new jaw. He was not able to speak. We also learned that his wife was partially deaf. She and their three children lived four hours drive from the hospital. The computer we provided to this veteran allowed this couple to communicate through instant messaging both when they were apart and when they were together in the hospital. Additionally, we supplied this soldier with DVD movies to watch while he passed the time away in the hospital during the days of preparation and recovery.

Another recipient was a young woman. She was a Lieutenant in the Army when the Humvee she was riding in was struck by roadside bomb. The resulting blast injured her leg, her vision, and her brain. This caused her to have trouble seeing at times and caused difficulty with mobility. Her military discipline and personal zeal was such that, when she returned home, she was determined to remain independent and to start a travel agency out of her home. However, she lacked the computer equipment and knowledge to do so. Fox Run Systems & Solutions provided her with a new computer system equipped with specialized software to accommodate her vision problems. Another agency stepped in to provide training and additional funding.

Our Global Community

Every month Fox Run Systems & Solutions lends money to the world's poor through Kiva. Kiva is a "non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty". Kiva works with microfinance institutions on five continents to provide loans to people who otherwise would not have access to traditional banking systems. We believe, as does Kiva, that "all people – even in the most remote areas of the globe – hold the power to create opportunity for themselves and others". By supporting Kiva, we hope to foster these opportunities for those less fortunate.

Questions

What Our Customers Say

“First and foremost, we chose Fox Run Systems and Solutions because they have proven their abilities. When we’ve used other service providers in the past, 30% of the billable time was spent educating the individual sent out on how something worked before we could even begin to discuss our issues—even after a plant tour. With FRSS, they just had to see the operation and knew exactly what was needed.”
