• Application Management Services (AMS) - covers all operational services, including service desk, system administration, capacity planning, facility management, service pack maintenance, backup, recovery, and archiving, as well as a full range of services for optimum application performance. Service level agreements may even include migrations and upgrades to upcoming versions with richer functionality.
• Hosting Service - Provides hardware and infrastructure to you to support and run Infor ERP SyteLine in an Infor supported data center versus you running the solution on-premise. Hosting can be part of an AMS agreement depending on the level of assistance you require.
• Software as a Service (SaaS/Cloud) - Offers access to Infor10 ERP Business (SyteLine) as a subscription rather than as a locally installed on-premises application that must be individually managed by you.
• Customization Care and maintenance - Services to enhance your application framework to meet specific business needs. It includes architecture, customization, integration, enhancements, and migration development.
